What we collect
- Your name, email and phone number when you book or enquire
- The date, time and size of your booking
- Allergies and requests you tell us about
- Gift card orders and the address we post them to
Why we collect it
To hold your table, reach you if something changes, cook around your allergies and send the gift cards you buy. Allergy information is only shared with the kitchen and deleted after your visit.
How long we keep it
Bookings are deleted twelve months after your visit. Gift card records are kept for five years, as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to bord@glod.example. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to Datatilsynet.
