These terms cover bookings, events, private dining and gift cards at Glød, Jægersborggade 41, 2200 København N.
Bookings
Tables are held for fifteen minutes after your booking time. Cancel or move your table up to 24 hours ahead at no cost. After that, or if you do not arrive, we charge 300 kr a guest.
Events and private dining
Event tickets are paid in advance and can be moved to another guest, but not refunded less than seven days before. Private dining is confirmed with a 30 percent deposit, and the minimum spend for the room applies on the night.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for two years from the day they are bought, for dinner, lunch and the wine bar. They cannot be exchanged for cash. Whatever is left stays on the card.
Allergies
Tell us about allergies when you book. We cook everything in one kitchen and cannot guarantee a meal completely free of traces.
